What will you be doing here?
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand potential new course plans, product upgradation and need gap to design a suitable course plan
  • To work with the identified partner institutes and universities for accreditation or other engagements
  • Building the course category growth strategy and executing the growth plan
  • Manage the category profitability with a strong focus on user acquisition
  • Implementation of plans for the category in areas of channel, price, promotion and product mix
  • Develop sales enablement tools and train sales teams to win in the category
  • Develop a comprehensive information packet for the customer support team to ensure user delight
  • Interact and work closely with key stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing and content creation team etc.. to deliver a great learning product for fellow doctors.
Job Requirement
Who are we looking for?
  • MBBS - Doctor with a keen understanding of learning needs and ability to envision the required solutions
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting and project management in the healthcare environment, can be advantage
