Job Description
💼 What You’ll Do:

Process Design & Optimization:
  • Evaluate existing business and sales processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the integration of new tools and technologies to streamline operations and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Lead the automation of business processes using tools such as Zapier, n8n, and workflow management platforms like Zoho, Qntrl, and Pipefy.
  • Communicate process updates and improvements to stakeholders across departments.
  • Build scalable workflows to support growth across teams and geographies.
Data Management and Analysis:
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Generate insights by working with internal data teams or using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Support key business questions through ad hoc and structured analysis (e.g., churn drivers, operational costs, etc.)
  • Monitor process performance metrics, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Execution
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Support, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align process initiatives with business goals.
  • Align business needs with process and data-backed solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to build, launch, and refine new business processes.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
  • Lead process improvement projects and initiatives, applying best practices such as Lean or Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure processes are standardized, compliant, and aligned with industry regulations.
  • Manage and ensure the smooth execution of daily operational activities across key functions.
  • Identify operational blockers and work with teams to resolve them in real-time.
  • Connect with the stakeholders and ensure the operational deliverables are in place.
Job Requirement
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in business operations, process management, or strategy & analytics roles, preferably from a technology-driven company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/business management, project management, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications a plus)
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, SOP creation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in business data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VBA.
  • Knowledge of visualisation & dashboarding tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI. (knowledge of SQL basics is a good to have)
  • Prior experience managing large-scale day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
